ABOUT
Before founding Living in Light, Rich spent his twenties, and thirties at a fortune 100 company. He started in operations and worked his way through management where he landed as a Senior Account Executive. In that position he closed over $200 million in sales and earned trips that took him all over the world.
Five years ago he had a daughter that was diagnosed with Leukemia. She was 18 years old when she received the tragic news. Together their family fought alongside this brave young woman as she battled cancer for the better part of 2 years. One month before her 20th birthday she passed away and returned to her heavenly home. This experience changed everything for Rich and his life began to transform. His paradigm shifted and he realized that business and money were no longer the end goal. He recognized how truly short this life is and through a spiritual confirmation, he changed his entire life course. He felt inspired to help others through their trials and to teach them how to seize the day.
Rich went back to school with the intent to better understand human behavior. He received a Bachelor’s degree in Behavioral Science at Utah Valley University (Cum Laude) and became a Certified Life Coach through the Academy of Modern Applied Psychology. He became a Certified Family Life Educator (CFLE) through the National Council on Family Relations. He also wrote the book “You can do hard things” a beautiful writing on his experience with his daughter’s battle with cancer and began speaking at various engagements.
In 2018 he founded Living in Light. This is a place where others can come for inspiration and sanctuary against the storms of life. As a Life Coach, Rich guides individuals and couples through the rough waters of life to find fulfillment and happiness in the journey. Rich didn’t find this profession, it is a calling that found him. He is a people person who loves interpersonal relationships. You will find a friend in him and he will help you find the peace, success and the fulfillment you seek.
