Founded on April 1, 2019, Orange County Plant Healthcare (OC‑PHC) is the trusted sister company of Orange County Arborists (est. decades ago). Recognizing the need for focused tree and plant health services, owner Fred De Maria—an ISA-Certified Arborist with 35+ years of landscape experience—launched OC‑PHC to bring professional, science-backed care to Orange County properties.
